Howard F. McPheeters Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mr. McPheeters received his A.B. from Stanford University in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1971, where he was Associate Editor of the University of Texas Law Review and was awarded Order of the Coif. He was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 1971. William A. Bordner Mr. Bordner received his B.S. with distinction in 1970 and his J.D. magna cum laude in 1973 from Indiana University, where he was awarded Order of the Coif. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1973 and the Hawaii Bar in 1974. Mr. Bordner served as law clerk to the Honorable Martin Pence, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court, District Court of Hawaii from 1973-1974. James T. Estes Mr. Estes received his B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Hawaii in 1977. He was admitted to the Hawaii bar in 1977.
