Edmund Burke
Mr. Burke was admitted to the California Bar in 1964 and the Hawaii Bar in 1966. He received his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy in 1956, and his L.L.B. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1963. Mr. Burke is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed in "Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Burke has a distinguished practice emphasizing medical malpractice defense, products liability law, personal injury and commercial litigation. |

Howard F. McPheeters
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mr. McPheeters received his A.B. from Stanford University in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1971, where he was Associate Editor of the University of Texas Law Review and was awarded Order of the Coif. He was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 1971. Mr. McPheeters has a significant practice in the areas of medical and hospital liability, hotel and security service liability, products liability law, and civil litigation.

William A. Bordner
Mr. Bordner received his B.S. with distinction in 1970 and his J.D. magna cum laude in 1973 from Indiana University, where he was awarded Order of the Coif. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1973 and the Hawaii Bar in 1974. Mr. Bordner served as law clerk to the Honorable Martin Pence, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court, District Court of Hawaii from 1973-1974. Mr. Bordner's practice includes medical and hospital law, legal malpractice defense, products liability law, and civil litigation.

James T. Estes
Mr. Estes received his B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Hawaii in 1977. He was admitted to the Hawaii bar in 1977. Mr. Estes held a position as Adjunct Professor at the University of Hawaii Law School where he taught pre-trial litigation. Mr. Estes practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation, products liability law, personal injury, and civil litigation.

Ms. Lucasse was admitted to the Maryland bar in 1986 and the Hawaii bar in 1992. She received her B.A. from Calvin College in 1981, and her J.D. with honors from the University of Maryland in 1986.
