Edmund Burke Mr. Burke was admitted to the California Bar in 1964 and the Hawaii Bar in 1966. He received his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy in 1956, and his L.L.B. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1963. Mr. Burke is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed in "Best Lawyers in America." Tamura Born in Wailuku, Maui. Ms. Tamura received her B.A. with high honors from the University of Hawaii in 1977, M.S.W. from the University of Michigan in 1978, and J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 1985 where she was a member of the Moot Court Team. She was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 1985. Ms. Tamura's civil litigation practice focuses on the areas of personal injury, including products liability, as well as the defense of medical, nursing and other health care professionals in malpractice claims. She also represents clients in select family law matters. Ms. Tamura has twice been the recipient of the Young Lawyers Division of the Hawaii State Bar Association's Justice Award.
